As part of the ongoing advocacy campaign #UkraineInNATO, the Ukrainian World Congress calls on Ukrainian communities, organizations, Ukrainians, and friends of Ukraine abroad to join the initiative to support Ukraine and demand an invitation to join NATO under the slogan “Make NATO Stronger—Invite Ukraine.”
We urge proactive actions:
- Send letters to the governments of NATO member states;
- Initiate media outreach with key messages;
- Provide answers to the most frequently asked questions about Ukraine’s NATO membership;
- Distribute analytical materials;
- Use campaign visual materials on social media;
- Organize street actions in cities and capitals of NATO member states on July 6-7, 2024.
All campaign materials in Ukrainian and English can be found at the link.
On July 10-11, UWC President Paul Grod will participate in the NATO Public Forum, an integral part of the Summit. The event is organized with the support of the United States’ government and the Atlantic Council, the Center for a New American Security, GLOBSEC, and the Hudson Institute. Speakers will include heads of state, government officials, experts, and military analysts.
UWC expects that during the Washington Summit, allies will demonstrate leadership and unity, and Ukraine will receive a clear membership perspective with specific timelines. Support Ukraine on its Euro-Atlantic path. Make NATO Stronger – Invite Ukraine.
