UWC extends congratulations on Ukraine’s Diplomatic Service Day

The Ukrainian World Congress extends congratulations on the Day of the Diplomatic Service of Ukraine to Ukraine’s diplomatic service professionals. On this day in 1917 – 106 years ago – the Government of the Ukrainian People’s Republic established the General Secretariat of International Affairs.

Today, Ukrainian diplomats stand as symbols of resilience, unwavering in safeguarding Ukraine’s interests, challenging norms, shaping global history, and defying stereotypes.
