The Ukrainian World Congress (UWC) expresses sincere condolences to the families of the victims of another crime against humanity committed against the civilian population in Kramatorsk by Russia-backed militants and special forces on 10 February 2015 which claimed 17 lives and injured 65 residents, including six children.
“The Ukrainian World Congress сalls on the international community to effectively help Ukraine protect its civilian population and preserve its territorial integrity,” stated UWC President Eugene Czolij.
