UniteWithUkraine shares details of UWC President’s visit to eastern Ukraine

Ukrainian World Congress (UWC) President Paul Grod recently visited the Donetsk and Kharkiv regions to provide crucial support for enhancing Ukrainian defense capabilities.

The UWC’s nonprofit initiative, called Unite with Ukraine, has released exclusive video footage from the recent trip close to the front line.

Video footage shows Grod’s meeting with a combat medic whose call sign is Glow. He serves in the 1st battalion of the Azov 12th Special Operations Brigade within the National Guard of Ukraine.

Together with Unite with Ukraine’s director Andrij Potichnyj, the UWC president took part in presenting a four-wheel-drive Mercedes-Benz Sprinter Ambulance to Azov’s medical service.

The contribution serves as a testament to the UWC’s and the global Ukrainian diaspora’s steadfast dedication to bolstering Ukraine’s frontline defenders, Grod said.

Additionally, the UWC president during the trip gave an additional 100 FPV drones to the 109th Separate Brigade of the Territorial Defense Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

This donation is part of an extensive list of strategic equipment provided by the UWC, including 30 tracked armored personnel carriers, six Avenger long-range bomber UAV systems, and hundreds of FPV drones.

Together with the Unite With Ukraine director, the pair also visited the Bakhmut 104th Separate Battalion to review the FV432 and FV434 armored personnel carriers that the UWC had previously donated to the defenders.

The UWC urges everyone to join in on Ukraine’s victory. You can support the Ukrainian defenders by following this link.
