Ukrainian World Congress, Serhiy Prytula Foundation, deliver 26 armored vehicles for mine removal

KYIV, Ukraine – Dec. 16, 2024

The Unite with Ukraine initiative of the Ukrainian World Congress (UWC) and the Serhiy Prytula Charity Foundation have successfully delivered 26 Land Rover Snatch armored vehicles to support the State Special Transport Service of Ukraine (SSTS).

In February, the UWC and the Prytula Foundation, in cooperation with the Ukrainian Canadian Congress and the Ukrainian Congress Committee of America, completed a nine-day fundraising campaign titled, “Непереможні, Коли Об’єднані – Invincible When United” in the eastern regions of Canada and the United States.

A total of $1,192,283 was raised to procure 26 armored Land Rover Snatch vehicles to support the humanitarian mine clearance efforts of SSTS teams across Ukraine.
