On 20 May 2019 Ukrainian World Congress (UWC) President Paul Grod will attend the ceremonial meeting of the Parliament of Ukraine on the occasion of the swearing-in of the newly elected President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky.
“The 20-million strong Ukrainian diaspora led by the UWC will continue its steadfast support of Ukraine and its people, and stands ready to actively work with the new President of Ukraine to support Ukraine’s sovereignty, independence and territorial integrity, advance reforms, promote Ukraine’s Euro-Atlantic choice, and support Ukraine’s prosperity and development,” stated UWC President Paul Grod.
Paul Grod will attend the inauguration along with a delegation of UWC representatives from countries of residence of the Ukrainian diaspora and Ukraine.
