The Ukrainian World Congress (UWC) is deeply saddened by the senseless shooting at Kerch Polytechnic College оn the occupied by the Russian Federation Crimean peninsula in the city of Kerch, Ukraine, on 17 October 2018.
19 individuals were killed and 53 wounded in the attack.
“The Ukrainian World Congress expresses deepest condolences to the Ukrainian people in the wake of this tragedy, and prays for the victims and their families,” stated UWC President Eugene Czolij.
