The Ukrainian Congress Committee of America (UCCA) is requesting your presence at the 17th Annual U.S.-Ukraine Security Dialogue on Feb. 26 at the University Club of Washington, D.C.
The event will also be available online.
This year’s theme is “Taking Measure of Ukraine’s Defense Capabilities & Needs After a Third Year of War.”
Key speakers will include Oleksandr Lytvynenko, Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine; ret. US Gen. Wesley Clark, former Supreme Allied Commander of NATO in Europe; and Luhansk region native Nataliya Bugayova from the Institute for the Study of War.
The dialogue is part of a series of events organized by the primarily New York-based Center for U.S. Ukrainian Relations (CUSUR) and the Washington-based American Foreign Policy Council.
The discussions will cover joint U.S. and Ukrainian military operations in various regions, including the Balkans and Iraq, as well as key topics of bilateral strategic cooperation, particularly in missile defense. The event will also assess the progress of Ukraine’s NATO accession given its status as the Alliance’s “Enhanced Opportunities Partner.”
