The world prepares to celebrate Ukraine’s Independence Day

Ukrainian communities and friends worldwide are busy with preparations to celebrate Ukraine’s 33rd anniversary of restored independence. An impressive selection of activities, including demonstrations in support of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and festive concerts, are among those events being arranged to mark the special day.

In fact a total of 212 events have been added to the #StandWithUkraine Global Rally Map, including demonstrations of support being held in 28 countries. You can find more detailed information about these events at the provided link.

We encourage you to join the UWC campaign and add your event to the list. You can do this by filling out the registration form in the “Register Event” section, at the top right corner of the map.

For the 33rd anniversary of Ukraine’s Independence, the UWC, in partnership with Saint Javelin, has launched the global “Birds of Freedom” fundraising campaign aimed at equipping Ukrainian defenders with modern FPV drones. These UAVs will assist warriors in obtaining real-time battlefield data and conducting vital reconnaissance operations.
