The occupiers are creating a human shield in Mariupol

The occupiers are undertaking the construction of modular houses for Ukrainians along the road from Mariupol to Mangush to create a human shield for their fortifications and trenches, according to Advisor the Mariupol’s Mayor Petro Andryushchenko during a news telecast on FreeDOM TV.

“The situation is simple – a shelter is built, and fortifications are built 200 meters in front of it with Russian military equipment encircling it. Such actions make it much more difficult to liberate the occupied territories,” stated Mr Andryushchenko.
