Putin’s warfare is preventing any diplomatic rapprochement in Ukraine, Germany’s Chancellor Olaf Scholz, said Friday in Leipzig during an RND talk show.
He also spoke out against a ceasefire based on Russian conditions: “First of all, Russia has to realize that the idea of a dictated peace will not work and that you can’t just go over the landscape with a felt-tip pen and say, that’s mine now.”
