Russia is changing plan for ZNPP – Kuleba

Ukraine informed the world of Russia’s terrorist plans to detonate the Zaporizhzhia NPP. This forced Moscow to change its plans, according to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba.

“I think that [the Russians – ed.] have received [a signal – ed.]. And not only from our usual friends and partners but also from other countries that consider any use of a nuclear element in a conflict unacceptable,” Kuleba explained.

Despite this, the Russian Federation will not give up its intentions to destroy the plant, so the Kremlin is developing a new scenario, the minister is convinced.

“I think they are already rewriting it, coming up with some new plan. I am no less convinced that our intelligence will get it, and we will also disclose it to the world,” Kuleba is convinced.

Earlier, Kyrylo Budanov, Chief of the Defense Intelligence of Ukraine, stated that Russia developed and completed a plan to detonate the Zaporizhzhia NPP. Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelenskyy confirmed this information.

The Ukrainian World Congress calls on the international community to firmly condemn and impose crippling sanctions on Russia for its nuclear terrorism.
