Over 150 events registered on UWC’s online event map for 3rd year Russo-Ukrainian war commemoration

In less than a week, Ukrainian communities across the world have already registered more than 150 commemorative events in 124 cities located in 27 countries on the Ukrainian World Congress’s online event map to mark the third anniversary of Russia’s full-scale invasion.

It’s part of the “Stand With Ukraine! Unite for Ukrainian Victory!” campaign organized by the UWC, a global advocacy group for Ukrainians.

Event registration began on Feb. 4 with UWC calling on Ukrainian organizations and friends of Ukraine to join the campaign to remind the world of Ukraine’s ongoing struggle for independence and stop the Russia genocidal war.

To add an event, simply provide details about the country, city, event type, organizer, and specify the date, time, and contact person.

You can register an event via this link.

Once registered and verified, all events will appear on the online event map. Anyone can participate in the campaign and find one in their area. More information about the campaign is available on the dedicated page.

A key event in the campaign will be the Global Alarm rally during which air raid warnings will blare in Ukrainian communities on Feb. 24 at 6 p.m. local time as a reminder to the world about the ongoing war and a call to action.

The large-scale “Stand with Ukraine” advocacy campaign that marks the third anniversary of Russia’s full-scale invasion was launched by UWC on Jan. 11.

It  aims to remind the world of the ongoing unjustified war and highlight the devastating impact of Russia’s invasion on Ukraine and the global community.

It also calls on democratic governments to harness support for Ukraine, increase pressure on Russia to end the war, and restore Ukraine’s territorial integrity.

The global campaign is supported by the International Center for Ukraine Victory and Communities Army of Ukraine.

Let’s unite worldwide in solidarity with Ukraine!
