
According to Turkish Defense Minister Hulusi Akar, Turkiye will host Ukraine, Russia and the United Nations for talks on opening the Black Sea. Mr Akar noted that recent talks between Turkiye and Russia on how to resolve the global food crisis were positive. Minister Akar recalled that he also held talks with Russian Defense Minister Serhiy Shoigu and Ukrainian Defense Minister Oleksiy Reznikov.
