On Tuesday, the Ukrainian World Congress in conjunction with the Atlantic Council Eurasia Center held an online panel discussion on “What does Ukraine need to win in 2023?”
The panel comprised four distinguished experts – U.S., Canadian and Australian generals who are members of UWC’s Strategic Advisory Council – including Gen. Rick Hillier, Canadian Armed Forces (ret.), former chief of the defense staff of Canada; Gen. Wesley Clark, US Army (ret.), former Supreme Allied Commander Europe; Gen. David H. Petraeus, US Army (ret.), former director of the CIA, board director for the Atlantic Council, and chairman of the KKR Global Institute; and Maj. Gen. Mick Ryan, Australian Defense Force (ret.), adjunct fellow at the Center for Strategic and International Studies.

The expert discussion was the first event that the Ukrainian World Congress is organizing to commemorate 365 days of Ukraine’s defense against Russia’s full-scale invasion and the ninth anniversary of Russia’s war against Ukraine.
