With the Easter holidays approaching, Chair of the UWC International Educational Coordinating Council Oksana Levytska recommended thematic video lessons for children and adults for educators in Ukrainian studies schools.

Maria Levadna, a lecturer at the Center for Fine Arts and Design of the University College of Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University, conducts video tutorials on creating Easter eggs. 

“Everything will be Ukraine!”. In this video lesson, children will learn how to draw Easter eggs with the symbols of the Ukrainian coat of arms and the sunflower. The lesson’s author recounts exciting facts about the origin and formation of these symbols and instructs how to depict them best. Watch the master class  here.
