VINNYTSYA: At least eight people, including a child, die in Russia’s rocket assault

Three Russian missiles hit an office building in downtown Vinnytsya, killing eight people, including a child, and injuring more, according to preliminary reports.

This strike is another horrible terrorist attack by Russia, which is a terrorist state itself rather than a sponsor of terrorism.
