Over 80 events on UWC’s Global Rally Map: check your country

The first 83 events have been added to the #StandWithUkraine  Global Rally Map, including demonstrations in 14 countries. You can find more detailed information about these events at the provided link.

We encourage you to join the UWC campaign and add your event to the list. You can do this by filling out the registration form in the “Register Event” section, at the top right corner of the map.

The campaign’s information page also provides materials for events, banners, and a declaration for a just and sustainable peace for Ukraine, which Ukrainian organizations worldwide are able to sign.

The UWC also invites you to an open online lecture by a Ukrainian historian, and an officer in the Ukrainian Armed Forces, Oleksandr Alf’orov, titled The Battle for Independence: The History of Ukrainian Statehood. The event is scheduled for August 19th, at 15:00 Kyiv time. You can register via the link provided.

For the 33rd anniversary of Ukraine’s Independence, the UWC, in partnership with Saint Javelin, has launched the global “Birds of Freedom” fundraising campaign aimed at equipping Ukrainian defenders with modern FPV drones. These UAVs will assist warriors in obtaining real-time battlefield data and conducting vital reconnaissance operations. As the 33rd anniversary of the restoration of Independence approaches, we urge Ukrainian communities and friends of Ukraine to be active – both online and in the streets. Post messages of support for Ukraine with the hashtag #StandwithUkraine and gather for peaceful demonstrations to show the world that we are a united 60-million-strong nation and, together with all peace-loving people around the globe, support Ukraine.
